Welcome to Weeny Wonders. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and purchase of custom print-on-demand apparel and merchandise. General Conditions & Business Model

• Print-on-Demand (POD): All products offered on Weeny Wonders are produced on demand upon order confirmation. We do not maintain pre-manufactured bulk inventory.

• Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraudulent activity or abusive conduct.

Visual Variations

Product images are digital mockups for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in garment hue, ink saturation, and exact print placement may naturally occur across monitors and fabric batches. Such natural variances do not constitute printing defects.

Currency & Rates

Pricing & Corrections

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change without notice. Weeny Wonders reserves the right to cancel or decline any order placed at an incorrect price caused by a typographical error, even if the order was confirmed.

Orders, Production & 24-Hour Amendment Window

• Order Placement: An order confirmation email indicates receipt of your request, not a final contract of sale. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order at any stage prior to dispatch.

• Customer Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including billing details, delivery addresses, and phone numbers.

• Order Modifications: Sizing, garment color, and shipping address changes can be made strictly within 24 hours of order placement by contacting admin@weenywonders.com. Once this window elapses, the order moves to production and cannot be edited, canceled, or refunded.

Payments & Billing

Authorized Payment Gateways: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and authorized wallets). By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

No Direct Financial Storage: Weeny Wonders does not store or process sensitive banking passwords or full payment card numbers directly on its servers.

Intellectual Property

• Store Content: All content on this website—including graphic designs, logos, text, button icons, software, and apparel mockups—is the property of Weeny Wonders or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, or transmit any website content or apparel designs for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Weeny Wonders.

Replacements, Returns & Limitation of Liability

• Policy Integration: Replacements and returns are governed exclusively by our published Return & Replacement Policy. Because items are made to order, monetary refunds are strictly not provided.

• Defective Goods: Claims regarding printing defects, transit damage, or incorrect sizes dispatched by our fulfillment team must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Weeny Wonders, its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product use, website downtime, or delivery delays caused by external courier services or force majeure events. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the purchase amount paid for the specific order in question.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.
To violate any central, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances.
To upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or compromise site security.
To harvest, scrape, or collect data on other site visitors without authorization.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weeny Wonders, its owners, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from or related to the use of this website or orders placed with Weeny Wonders shall fall exclusively under the judicial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
